California born producer turned rapper Dion Checkin' Trapps Brigham, has been at it for years. Trapp grew up drumming, rapping, and mixing music. He graduated with his AA in commercial music and production enabling him to function comfortably in many of the nations premier studios on his own. By integrating Jazz, soul, and pop, it's been easy for him to maintain a zestful career in a dry and repetitive industry. For the last few years Trapp has had the honor of composing and producing songs with some of hip hop's go to artists such as 50cent, Lupe Fiasco, Twista, and Bilal.  Trapp has opened up for the infamous nation wide Smokerz Club Tour, and hiked up down the west coast sharing stages with the likes of artists like T.I., Nippsey Hussle, Bone Thugs n Harmony, Kurrupt, Tyrese, Rick Ross, E-40, Warren G, Y.G., Machine gun kelly, Wu-Tang, Meek Millz, Currency, John B, Big Krit and many more!

Currently Trapp & Dymond Studded's Dystrict 77 Music Group is setting up for a 2018 release of his trunk slappin "Run the bag up," off of his next project "The Royal EP" scheduled for early 2019.

Spotting around the country doing promo shows and shaking the hands of his new potential fans is what life is all about to Trapp right now.  Fresh off of a couple huge production credits on Too Short's latest album "No Trespassing," & a Grammy nomination  for Lupe Fiasco's "Dare You" feat. RnB vet Bilal, its safe to say that Trapp's work ethic is solid and he is letting his music and business speak for itself!
